Online Customer Support (Chat Administrative) Part-Time
Fashion e-Commerce Asia Co.,Ltd.- Customer Support: Manage customer inquiries efficiently and professionally across all online platforms, including LINE Official Account (LOA), Facebook (FB), and Instagram (IG), from Saturday and Sunday or as required by the brand.
- Order Processing: Create and process orders via the Onitsuka Tiger website, ensuring order accuracy and timely delivery to customers.
- Order Tracking: Monitor the progress of customer orders, addressing any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Warehouse: Work closely with the warehouse team to facilitate the smooth handling of customer orders and ensure efficient delivery processes.
- Zendesk Management: Handle and respond to customer inquiries through the Zendesk platform, providing clear and prompt communication.
- CRM Reporting: Compile and prepare monthly Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reports to be presented during Monthly Meetings for Onitsuka Tiger.
- New graduated or Part-Time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with Zendesk and order management systems is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
