- Arranging and taking care of all files and documents in the division.
- Collecting all documents of default clients from Operation and calculating the debt balance for court process.
- Being KGI witness in the court (for default settlement cases).
- Being granted by KGI to process some legal work with the government agent for ex.
- registering the mortgaging procedure with the Department of Lands
- attending and voting for all agenda in the creditors meeting at the Execution Office.
- registering process with The Revenue Department
- registering process with The Department of Business Development
- to process the property search of Debtor
- to process the seizure of Debtor’s property
- Arranging business with DSI, DOPA, NACC and Police Station
- Cooperating with external lawyer about a lawsuit against client and following up all procedure.
- doing all other assignment as requested.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or higher degree
• At lease 5-10 years experiences in drafting, negotiating and reviewing business contracts and legal documents
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
• Good in writing and reading in English language
• Good communication and interpersonal skill with an ability to work effectively as a member of team as well as independently
• High responsibility, motivation, service mind, positive thinking and good coordinator
