Personal Assistant to Executive

- At as a project manager / coordinator on Top management’s projects by using data analytics and/or business comprehension skills to provide support for projects and meetings with external stakeholders.
- Provide assistance to daily business tasks and operations of the executive.
- Provide support to internal / external projects including communications, meeting prep, and analytics.
- Able to manage and coordinate projects with business objectives
- Prepare reports and presentations and handle a variety of ad hoc requests by researching information and conducting analysis.
- Responsible for administrative task and support for internal and external projects.
- Ensure all tasks for projects are assigned and time-bound.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as Secretary, Executive secretary, Executive Assistant to management
- Strong organizational skill that reflects ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Possess great character and communications skills
- Chinese & English Fluency is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software with the ability to learn new technology
- Highly detailed oriented with exceptional communications skills
- Able to work on dynamic/flexible schedules with short notice
- Able to travel to different locations within Bangkok on certain occasions
