Warehouse Operations Officer
Sheep Gadget Co., Ltd.
- In charge of packing, labeling and sending orders (Daily).
- Coordinate with internal teams to allocate products according to sales orders.
- Transport product orders to Sheep Branches and partner companies
- Follow each company's inbound guidelines.
- Arrange products on shelf to match Sheep's guideline and branding
- Keep update of daily inventory data to be accurate
- Key in all product & sales data via online platforms & company database
- Coordinate with customers and/or team to solve daily inquiries
- Communicate internally to keep up to date on new products, stock movement and etc.
- Use online platforms such as Google Drive/Sheets/Docs as a median of communication
- Provide support on projects with internal team
- Able to work on flexible work schedule near MRT Ladprao
- Male/Female, age 21-25 Years old with Bachelor's Degree in any field
- 0-2 Years of experience in Warehouse/Logistics/E-commerce is preferred
- Fresh Graduates with passion to learn to develop are welcomed
- Can handle tasks on short deadlines such as Packing & Sending Products / Checking Inventory / Updating Daily Stock &Sales Data and ETC.
- Comfortable with handling large packages and boxes
- Able to commute around BKK area for product transportation
- Proficient with Google and Microsoft Program
- English proficiency is a plus
- Able to work 5 days a week with a flexible time schedule (May be required to work on Saturday & Sunday in some weeks)
- Teamwork oriented with good problem solving skills
