Business Development Assistant to Executive

- Shape business ideas into business models by executing on Data Analysis, Feasibility and Business Presentations
- Explore and evaluate new business and investment opportunities for the company in the forms of partnerships, Joint Venture, and M&A
- Lead project from initiation to investment decision, overseeing processes including market analysis, financial evaluation, commercial business planning, feasibility analysis, and synergy creation
- Create multiple business plans by understanding each project's market and dynamic goals.
- Work as key contact point with potential partners to drive projects in all areas, including conceptual alignment and negotiation terms
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create investment business cases and finalize deals by seeking approval from top executives, building commercial plans with sales and marketing teams, and developing financial feasibility models with finance teams and/or financial advisors
- Assess overall project impacts and risks in strategic, commercial, and financial dimensions
- Analyze & Research data to seek feasible opportunities in terms of both Sales and/or Branding
- Present business ideas to other stakeholders both internally and externally
- Able to manage and coordinate projects with business objectives
- Prepare reports and presentations and handle a variety of ad hoc requests
- Ensure all tasks for projects are assigned and time-bound.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Business Development or corporate strategy field
- Chinese & English Fluency is a plus
- Proficient market analysis skills including SWOT, Market Sizing, Industry Analysis, Competitiveness Analysis
- Expertise in financial performance analysis, valuation, and returns analysis
- Strong project management skills, analytical, intellectual curiosity, and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Excellent communications & presentation skills (both written & oral), and the ability to engage and build deep relationships with senior business leaders
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, especially in the context of a dynamic growing SME
- Strong organizational skill that reflects ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar softwares
- Able to work on dynamic/flexible schedules with short notice
- Able to travel to different locations within Bangkok on certain occasions
