Sales Executive, พนักงานขาย (พื้นที่เช่า)
Donmuang Pattana Co.,Ltd- Plan and manage sales and leasing activities to ensure the sales target will be achieved with maximum occupancy.
- Negotiate for the suitable position / space and rental price both of the new and existing tenant.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the properties such as provide good services to tenants and renew lease, etc.
- Maintain the properties in good condition.
- Assist in preparation of tenancy schedules, management reports, create and maintain databases and handle lease administration.
- Other tasks assigned by superior
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any related fields.
- At least 1 - 3 years of direct experience in leasing retail, specialized in retail sale management i.e. Market Store is preferable).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good interpersonal and coordinating skills.
- Highly responsible, patient and able to meet with strict deadlines.
