- Analyze and evaluate current systems for inefficiencies
- Gather business requirements from users and stakeholders
- Develop specifications for new or modified systems and create business requirement documentation
- Design and implement system solutions to resolve business problems
- Develop and execute test plans and cases to ensure system quality
- Identify, track, and report defects, collaborating with the development team
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system specifications
- Support team members and end-users with technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with best practices and standards through system change request documentation
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field; graduate degree or post-graduate training in business or management is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a System Analyst role
- At least 3 years of experience in a QA Analyst role
- Proficiency in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Strong analytical skills for complex systems evaluation and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail for issue identification and resolution
- Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages, and programming languages is a plus
- Good command of English is a plus.
