Business Process Improvement
Donmuang Pattana Co.,Ltd- Conduct thorough process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with department heads and team members to gather insights and feedback on existing processes.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Create detailed process documentation, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Track and measure the impact of process improvements through KPIs and performance metrics.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of process improvement projects.
- Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business administration, IT or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement or lean six sigma in related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
- Project management experience is a plus.
