Recruitment Officer/Senior
Donmuang Pattana Co.,Ltd- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate screening to employment and induction.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability using a range of methods such as structured interviews, technical and behavioural assessments, and functional tests.
- Manage annual accelerated development program (ADP), internship, high school attraction campaign, and scholarship project.
- Organize recruitment documentation i.e. hiring request, hiring contract, assessment report, etc. to complete company audit procedure and ISO process, also follow up with line managers to get new joiners’ performance report before passing probation period
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years working experience in Recruitment & Selection
- Strong knowledge in Recruitment Process Ability to work independently
