Assistant Audit Manager
K-Nex Corporation Co.,Ltd.- Lead regular audits of branches to ensure adherence to company standards and policies across multiple locations.
- Oversee the evaluation of health and safety practices for staff and customers, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Review audit results, prepare detailed reports, and ensure that findings are communicated clearly to branch supervisors and area managers.
- Develop strategies and provide guidance to implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Continuously stay updated on company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Oversee the development and improvement of audit tools, checklists, and processes to streamline operations.
- Manage and coordinate branch audits across assigned provinces, ensuring on-site compliance.
- Supervise the monitoring of operational processes, customer service standards, inventory management, and overall service quality to maintain consistency.
- Ensure the proper functioning of machinery, equipment, and cleanliness standards at branches through routine checks.
- Lead training and development programs to ensure that all branch staff meet company standards and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with external authorities and regulatory bodies as required to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in auditing, preferably in a multi-branch or retail setting.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify compliance and operational issues.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear feedback and guidance.
- Ability to work independently and travel for branch audits and meetings within assigned regions.
- Must own a car and possess a valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
- Ability to provide training and support to branch staff when necessary.
- Familiarity with inventory management, maintenance procedures, and operational workflows.
