Job Description
Lead Generation Management
- Track and analyze leads across various online channels
- Provide detailed reports on lead numbers and conversion statistics to the branding team.
- Conduct marketing research on investor trends, laundromat industry, and franchise industry insights to inform strategic decisions.
Campaign Support
- Collaborate with the branding team to understand campaign ideas, content, and event plans.
- Prepare and manage tools and plans for executing ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
- Actively support end-user campaigns for laundromat usage by providing necessary performance data and insights.
Performance Planning
- Initiate discussions with the branding team about campaign plans, ensuring performance goals are integrated into overall marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement performance marketing plans, working closely with the Ad Specialist to execute ad campaigns.
Analytical Reporting
- Generate and present detailed performance reports to the Marketing Manager, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, making recommendations for optimization.
Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in marketing role, supervisory level
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems. Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus.
Analytical Skills
:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute the success of the team.
