Sales Growth and Strategy

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotions.
• Provide recommendations to the management team for revenue optimization.

• Review and assess operational processes across branches offering .
• Ensure all branches maintain consistent standards that align with sales objectives.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in operational workFolds to improve efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to branch teams to support service excellence.

Project Management

●  Lead project from conceptualization to execution.

●  Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables while managing resources effectively.

●  Monitor project performance, ensuring goals and KPIs are met.

●  Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and management.

Performance Analysis and Improvement

●  Conduct post-launch evaluations of the services.

●  Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

●  Present findings to the management team with actionable recommendations for project optimization.

●  Implement corrective actions and monitor the impact of changes.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales strategy, project management, or related roles.
3. Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing operational processes.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Willingness and ability to travel as needed to oversee branch operations and project implementation.
8. Experience in the service or retail industry is an advantage.
