- Works under the direction of a marketing supervisor/manager to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives.
- Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information that helps managers and directors develop marketing plans.
- Analyzes surveys, polls, and other market research to look for patterns and trends.
- Create and deliver reports on research findings through written documents and verbal presentations, and perform data entry into spreadsheets and help to create data and financial reports.
- Maintain excellent client relationships through superior customer service skills.
- Places calls to or visits clients as needed to provide marketing materials, deliver sales pitches, or answer client questions.
- Organizes and plans the production of all major marketing materials by working closely with printers, sponsors, and other involved parties.
- Keeps client information confidential.
- Includes handling interdepartmental communications, preparing data reports in a clear format, and creating surveys, questionnaires, and other tools to measure marketing impact.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food industry.
- Having experience in delivering products in modern trade channels is a strong advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting market research data.
- Proficient at using Microsoft Office 365 and additional tools for data visualization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for driving results.
