Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities :

•Supervise Purchasing Department on the absent of Purchasing Manager and make decision at the authorized level.

•Sourcing new and alternative raw materials / packaging requirements from Oversea Supplier

•Initiate Cost saving on raw material and packaging.

•Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

•Preparing import documents and concerned documents for Custom Clearance.

•Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and regulatory changes to anticipate and mitigate risks.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in any field, major in International Business is a preference.

•2 years' experience in purchasing/sourcing for Automotive or Part would be an advantage.

•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

•Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

•Good negotiation Skills.

•Good command of English.

•Computer literacy.
