Basic Requirements

Full Time

Bachelor's Degree or Higher

25,000 - 30,000 baht/month

Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on all kinds of legal documents both in Thai and English; Providing legal opinions and memos regarding legal issues in Thailand.
Prepare and submit applications and related documents for corporate registration with the government authorities (for example general business licenses, foreign business licenses, visa and work permit, registration of FDA etc.), Contacting and coordinating effectively with government units regarding legal matters.
Monitor, update and implement any relevant legal compliance with respect to the transactions and activities of the customer.
Performed miscellaneous duties, which are work-related, as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Law or higher.
Experience professionals with corporate law background 3 years.
Strong knowledge of regulatory law and legal aspects.
Meticulous and thorough person.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Able to deal and/or communicate with government authorities and clients.
Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
