• Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy that aligns with the division's business goals, covering online and offline channels
• Website Management: Oversee the division's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up to date, and optimized for SEO
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Lead SEO efforts to improve organic visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs) for relevant keywords in the Thai market. Optimize website content, structure, and performance for SEO
• Social Media Management: Create and manage the division's presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and others, to engage with the target audience, share content, and build brand awareness
• Campaign Execution: Manage the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, including scheduling, testing, and deployment
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze email campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to optimize performance
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on email elements (e.g., subject lines, visuals, CTAs) to identify the most effective strategies and refine SEM campaigns
• Landing Page Optimization: Ensure landing pages linked in emails are optimized for conversions and consistent with SEM ad copy
• Cross-Promotion: Utilize social media channels to share email content and drive traffic back to the email list and website
• Social Proof: Leverage testimonials, reviews, and user-generated content in emails to enhance credibility and encourage social sharing
• Bachelor / Master degree in marketing, art, engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, information architecture, and taxonomy
• Experience with personalization, brand messaging, and product positioning
• Experience with content management systems and digital asset management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO tools,
social media management software, and analytics tools
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
