Supply Chain& Purchase Manager ( QSR Food )
Siam Taco Co., LTD.-Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure long-term product supply and continuously seek improvement areas to maintain the company's competitive edge.
-Oversee all procurement categories, including machinery, raw materials, packaging, warehouse, transportation, and construction.
-Manage and develop Taco Bell’s supply chain strategy to optimize operations.
-Forecast price trends and assess their potential impact on future activities.
-Follow up on orders, schedule deliveries, and manage shipping documents for both local and imported suppliers.
-Coordinate smooth communication between suppliers, distribution centers, and restaurants to meet operational needs and support customer satisfaction.
-Develop, manage, and negotiate with suppliers to implement cost-saving initiatives.
-Oversee store and logistics operations, ensuring excellence in all functions, including shipping and import coordination.
-Prepare comprehensive reports on supply chain operations and present them to the General Manager.
-Lead the stores and logistics team to ensure operational excellence in shipping, import coordination, and other logistical functions.
-Forecast demand levels and manage purchasing budgets to meet sales targets.
-Collaborate with Global Menu Management and the Marketing team to source and develop new products (NPD).
-Provide staff training, consultation, and management support on supply chain tasks.
-Supervise quality strategies and operational processes to achieve high food quality and safety standards across the end-to-end supply chain.
-Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) team to support consultants and contractors during the bidding and construction phases.
-Work with suppliers to register products with the FDA (อย) and TISI (มอก.), ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
-Monitor stock levels for food and non-food items, and reorder as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
-Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents to ensure smooth product import operations.
- Experience at least 5 years in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics.
- Proven leadership and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication abilities.
