Marketing Manager
Siam Taco Co., LTD.- Develop and implement strategic brand communication plans to support Taco Bell's growth in Thailand, aligning with global brand guidelines and local market trends.
- Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, OOH (Out-Of-Home), in-store promotions, and traditional media. Oversee content creation, including social media posts, videos, digital ads, and other brand assets to ensure a consistent brand voice and tone. Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, product development, and sales) and external partners (creative agencies, media, and influencers) to create and launch effective marketing campaigns. Conducted market research and analyzed consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation in the competitive landscape.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROIMonitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, and use data-driven insights to optimize future marketing strategies
- Foster strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Organize and manage brand events, activations, and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- To inform strategic decision-making, and stay updated on global and local market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand communication, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), food & beverage, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels, particularly digital and social media.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Thai and English.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and derive actionable insights to drive brand growth.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Familiarity with the Thai market and understanding of local consumer behavior and cultural nuances.
