Customer Service Officer TH/ENG (Call Center)
Cloudsoft Co.,Ltd.- Handle Information Service Calls: Receive and coordinate customer inquiries and requests with relevant departments.
- Analyze and Provide Initial Problem-Solving Advice: Offer preliminary solutions to customers’ issues during calls, adhering to company standards.
- Handle Complaints: Address complaints arising from service usage or provision and use the feedback to improve service quality.
- Answer the customer questions through a variety of means, such as online chats, email, or phone calls.
- Provide General Customer Support and Update Customer Records
- Coordinate with inside and outside the organization such as the customers, technical officer, etc.
- Perform duties as assigned.
- Work Shift 5 days a week 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 8.30 AM - 5:30 PM. (Work at the office or work at home depend on Covid-19 situation)
• Bachelor's degree or higher (any fields)
• Work experience in customer service field at least 1 year is an advantage.
• Able to speak in Thai and good in speaking, reading and writing in English will be advantage.
• Have good human relations. Always ready to learn new things
