Responsibilities

- ดูแลงานระบบวิศวกรรมของอาคาร โครงการคอนโด / หมู่บ้าน (ขึ้นอยู่กับไซต์งานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย)

- งานบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซม ระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา สาธารณูปโภค เครื่องจักร รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ภายในอาคาร (คอนโด / หมู่บ้าน)

- วางแผนและควบคุมงานซ่อมบำรุง งานบริการ การใช้พลังงานให้บรรลุตามแผนที่วางไว้ (อนุรักษ์พลังงาน)

- บริหารงานวิศวกรรม และทีมช่างซ่อมบำรุงภายในโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

- ติดต่อ ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานวิศวกรรม

Requirements

- ทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์

- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้ากำลัง, เครื่องกล อื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- มีทักษะทำงานเป็นทีมกับเพื่อนร่วมงาน กรรรมการและเจ้าของร่วมได้ (Owner)

- มีทักษะการติดต่อ ประสานงาน และให้คำปรึกษากับผู้อื่น และสามารถบริหารงานและบริหารคนได้ดี

- รับมือกับแรงกดดดันในการทำงาน และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี มีจิตบริการ

- ประสบการณ์ซ่อมบำรุงอาคารสูง (คอนโด / หมู่บ้าน) 3 ปีขึ้นไป

- มีใบ กว. จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
