Responsibilities

ตำแหน่ง ธุรการประจำนิติบุคคลคอนโด

- ต้อนรับและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่เจ้าของร่วม ผู้พักอาศัยและผู้มาติดต่อ

- รับเรื่องร้องเรียนและแก้ปัญหาเบื้องต้นให้กับผู้พักอาศัยหรือส่งเรื่องให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้องดำเนินการ

- ตรวจเช็คทรัพย์สินและอุปกรณ์ในพื้นที่ส่วนกลางให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ใช้งานได้ดี

- ดูแลการทำงานของบริษัทคู่สัญญาให้ปฏิบัติตามสัญญาว่าจ้าง เช่น คนสวน แม่บ้าน รปภ.

- จัดทำเอกสาร รายงานต่างๆ

- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

ตำแหน่ง ธุรการบัญชีการเงินประจำนิติบุคคลคอนโด

- บันทึกค่าน้ำ และค่ารักษามิเตอร์ประจำเดือนเพื่อจัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้

- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ค่าน้ำ, ไฟฟ้า และออกใบเสร็จ ค่าใช้จ่ายต่าง ๆ

- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

- ทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ได้ (หยุด 1 วัน ตามตารางงานภายในไซต์งาน)
- การศึกษาระดับ ปวช. ขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดสาขา

- ใช้โปรแกรมสำนักงานได้ดี เช่น MS Office

- บุคลิกภาพดี สะอาดเรียบร้อย มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี มีจิตบริการ

- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (รับเรื่อง ประสานงานภายในให้ผู้มาติดต่อ, เจ้าของร่วม)
