Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok (Erawan Hotel Public Company Limited)- Ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service, and profitability (Restaurant: lunch and dinner | Bar & Entertainment: evenings).
- Manage daily operation, ensuring efficiency and consistent functioning.
- Ensure excellent service, develop menus, and organize events to enhance customer satisfaction, increasing venues occupancy.
- Tastes and monitors the food and beverage products served throughout the operation, provides feedback where appropriate.
- Create campaigns, engage communities, manage reviews, and enhance visibility through marketing efforts.
- Curate music selection, including DJs or live acts, to create the desired atmosphere.
- Manage budgets, monitor finances, control costs, and prepare reports to maximize profitability.
- Resolve crises effectively and adapt strategies to meet evolving customer and market needs.
- Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
- Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
- Fluent English
- Experience in restaurants/bars/clubs
