• Lead and manage a team of maintenance support technicians, providing supervision, coaching, and mentorship.
• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures for the maintenance support team to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Monitor and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
"• Coordinate with other departments, such as PD, SA Or MK, for support service activities."
• Provide technical guidance and support to the maintenance support team, assisting with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Maintain records and documentation of maintenance activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Identify training needs and facilitate training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the maintenance support team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in maintenance practices to continuously improve the team's performance.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- at least five years of experience working with maintenance support systems or a related field
- Technical expertise: Strong technical background and knowledge in the field of maintenance suppor and proficient in various software and hardware maintenance tools, familiar with networking techniques, and skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues.
- Leadership skills: Managing teams, setting goals, monitoring progress and motivate team members, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
- Communication and interpersonal skills: Strong in communication to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers, both verbally and in writing. Additionally, they must have well-developed interpersonal skills that enable them to build trust and rapport with team members and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills: Must have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skill and able to identify the root cause of a problem, develop effective solutions, and make evidence-based decisions.
- Project management skills: Able to plan and manage budgets, allocate resources, develop project timelines, and track project progress.
