• Legal Consultation:Provide legal advice regarding the company's business operations, including contract drafting and negotiation
• Legal Management:Review and prepare legal documents related to contracts, employment agreements, and other agreements
• Compliance:Ensure the company complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Dispute Resolution:Assist in managing and resolving legal disputes, including representing the company in disputes
• Training and Awareness:Conduct training and provide legal knowledge to employees to increase legal awareness
• Other tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law
- Certificate of completion from the Bar Association (เนติบัณฑิต)
- License to practice law (Attorney-at-Law) will be considered a plus
- Education abroad will be considered a plus"
- At least 2-5 years of experience in business law or information technology law
- Experience in software or technology companies is a plus
- Understanding of laws related to software, such as copyright, patent, and data privacy laws
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in English at a good to very good level
- Responsible and able to work under pressure
