Responsibilities
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.
• Attend meetings with sales and acting as a technical expert.
• Provide proposal, BOM, diagram and TOR to customer.
• Coordinate with vendors to explore new potential technology.
• Delivering proof-of-concept implementations using customer data, data models and functional use cases.
• Keep up-to-date on technical knowledge and handle complicated technical issue for customers.
• Preparing and delivering customer presentation and demonstration of the software, hardware articulately and confidently.
• Understand customer requirements and create solutions to meets those requirements.
• Provide technical presentations and demos the company’s IT solutions and services.
• Support Salesperson to present product capabilities to customer.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Work with internal product team to meet customer expectations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

•More than 2 years in pre-sales or technical sales roles, preferably in a similar industry or domain.

• Strong understanding of IT solutions, including networking, cloud computing, software applications, and infrastructure.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Technical aptitude and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest technology trends.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, engineering, and product teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer needs and challenges.

• Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools, such as Salesforce or similar platforms.

• Flexibility to travel for customer meetings and presentations, as required.
