Key Account Executive
LINQ TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION COMPANY LIMITED- Create the business plan to implement and incorporate customers' objectives, strategy, and the same ultimate Sales goal.
- Responsible for the territory's annual budget and forecast.
- Achieve the business objective through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
- Motivation and monitoring distribution performance and taking timely action to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration with other departments. For example, they collaborate with marketing to generate new lead sources and expand the target customer base, or with the product and research teams to meet customer needs.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends and regularly report on those trends. Advise the executive leadership team on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business decisions.
- Coaching, guidance, and training distributor team according to business plan to reach sales achievement.
- Bachelor’s degree in sciences, Veterinary or Animal husbandry.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
- Good understanding of the animal feed additive industry in assigned territory and key account.
- Excellent selling skills and knowledge of different types of business such as farms sector or feed mill sector.
- Development of long-term feed additive business strategies, tactics, and plans with clear communication internally and externally.
- Direct experience in handling key accounts and Distributor.
- High proficiency in English in reading, writing, and verbal.
- Professional Presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
