- Manage and handle all sales transactions and review all customer responses for all orders order processing and fulfillment by coordinating with the operation and logistics team to ensure the shipment schedules meet clients’ requirements/on-time delivery management, resolve all issues for the shipments processes, and follow up the client’s payments.
- Coordinate with all relevant departments regarding documents, production, and logistics.
- Forecast all requirements, update monthly/quarterly planning and ensure smooth functioning of processes.
- Develop and maintain customer service level to ensure clients’ satisfaction and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Handle customers’ complaints and prepare related documents in coordination with the operation and QA/QC team.
- Generate and maintain monthly sales reports for management review.
- Support top management to develop a growth plan for existing clients, market research & analysis for seeking new potential customers for getting new orders and extra volumes to be aligned with company growth direction.
- Participate in marketing events: trade shows, conferences, etc.
- Assist management and team to support overall sales & marketing activities, marketing materials, and documentation including website and online business platform management, and other relevant tasks to achieve sales & marketing goals and clients’ satisfaction.
- Good Command of English and Chinese communication skill
- Background in livestock or agricultural sales will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s or degree or higher in Business or relevant field.
- 3-5 years of work experience in sales management functions.
- Strong skills in presentation, sales, and negotiation.
- High commitment, responsibility, and accountability.
- Teamwork oriented is a must.
- Excellent coaching skills.
- Self-passionate, service mind, positive thinking & can-do attitude, and good people skill.
- Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and the basic graphic program is preferable).
- Able to travel on overseas business trips.
