- Make Construction Schedule
- Control subcontractor
- Able to read and understand construction drawings
- Able to check mismatched construction drawings of multiple parts (CSA)
- Able to perform work in accordance with the Supervisor’s requirements as well as supervising subordinate
- Able to plan construction and order materials
- Able to estimate the quantity of work
- Able to work on-site for construction control, quality control, and safety control
- Able to prepare documents for progress monitoring, QC check sheet
- Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or other related field
- At least 5 years experience in QS/ construction site
- Has computer skills, including MS Project, MS Office (Especially MS Excel), Auto Cad, Revit, MS Project
- Good command of English
- Able to work in construction in the suburban area / able to relocate
- Able to work under pressure and able to coordinate with colleagues
- Annual Check Up
