- Study tender documentation such as instruction to bidder, project requirement, specification and drawings and prepare query list if any discrepancies, error or insufficient information
- Applied additional design requirement for any uncleared specification to complete estimation drawing.
- Making VECD estimation drawing for easy understanding.
- Collaborate with designer to collect necessary design information for estimation confirmation.
- Take off quantities, and ensure that the specification and quantity are correct as per the provided drawings.
- Prepare the bill of quantities and pricing
- Estimation of Electrical, Mechanical and Utility Work
- Negotiate with sub-contractor, supplier, consultant and client
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
- At least 1 year experience in construction work
- Good in English communication both speaking and writing (be advantage)
- Microsoft Office / Auto CAD / Navis / Revit / Cubicost TAS program
- Annual Check Up
