• Prepare M&E works in the projects.
• Monitor and record the M&E in the project.
• Coordinate with the client, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure the M&E works, are carried out as per contract requirements.
• Update site condition and site progress.
• Coordinate and inspection of sub-contractor.
• Report site progress and problems.
• Re-quantity actual check for M&E works.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering
• Experience 3-5 Years.
• Mechanical (Fire protection, Air conditioning and Ventilation, BMS),
Electrical (Medium voltage, Communication)
• Can work by Teamwork.
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from EIT
• Mechanical or Electrical license
• Can communication in English
