Responsibilities

1. ดูแลงานบริการหลังการขาย ประจำโครงการ

2. เตรียมความพร้อมของเอกสารและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ในการส่งมอบบ้าน

3. สรุปรายงานการตรวจบ้านของลูกค้าและจัดส่งให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

4. ประสานงานเรื่องการซ่อมให้เรียบร้อยก่อนโอน

5. เตรียมเอกสารเกี่ยวกับมิเตอร์ น้ำ และ ไฟฟ้า

6. รับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า พร้อมดำเนินการแก้ไข

7. จัดทำรายงานและสรุปข้อมูลบริการลูกค้าเพื่อนำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา

8. สถานที่ทำงาน : โซนอารีย์, ราชพฤกษ์, เพลินจิต

Requirements

1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Customer Service ในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

3. มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้

4. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถจัดการเอกสารได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

5. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี

6. หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการโอนกรรมสิทธิ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
