Assistant IT Manager

- Address customer complaints and deliver effective troubleshooting solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform IT helpdesk/support offsite and onsite troubleshooting for network, PC, and related issues
- Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve problems and provide updates until resolution
- Manage and close incident tickets in the system, ensuring accurate reporting and timely closure
- Manage and administer Windows-based systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Implement and manage IT security measures to protect company data and systems.
- Coordinate with IT service provider to implementing software, hardware, and data systems, as well as technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Keep updated with new developments in technology and industry best practices.
- Ensure that IT services comply to IT Policy, procedures, and company guideline.
- Coordinate with internal/external departments to ensure smooth IT operations and support.
- Prepare and provide IT equipment for new employee.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or MIS, or MBA or other related fields
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in IT support/helpdesk, IT Network, Infrastructure, and IT security in both projects and supports.
- Experienced/understanding in ERP system, Construction Management
- Having good communication skills and capable of dealing with sensitive issues
