Assistant Sales Manager
Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited- Responsible for all sales activities to sell project units.
- Advise local and international clients on property requirements.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Achieve sales targets and expand new prospects and business opportunities by researching and analyzing on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Manage and support clients’ requirements, contracts, etc.
- Prepares sales reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and other content, establishing personal networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional and industry organizations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management or any related fields.
- At least 3-5 years' experience as property consultant, real estate agent or selling high-end and luxury products.
- Good personality with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
- Able to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage.
- Proficient Microsoft knowledge (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
