Account Officer (นิติบุคคล)
Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited- Process invoices and payments to suppliers accurately and on time.
- Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and classified.
- Calculate and file various taxes, including Value Added Tax (VAT), corporate income tax, and withholding tax.
- Ensure tax filings comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Liaise with banks, tax authorities, and external auditors.
- Provide accounting and financial support to other departments.
- Provide recommendations to management on financial efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting, finance in property management (นิติบุคคล) or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
