Responsibilities

Recruit, screen, interview, hire employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures
Reviewing job postings and qualifications
Coordinate and direct activities for employees
Assist with performance management procedures
Filing HR document
Assisting in payroll, recruiting, and employee development
Supporting HR policies and procedures

Requirements

Bachelor’s in HR or related field and educational foundation in HR principle
Effective verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
