- Support technical project tasks to ensure customers can utilize services as per agreements (SLA) and service contracts.
- Install and configure operating systems, backup systems, software virtualization systems, and cloud systems.
- Troubleshoot operating systems, backup systems, software virtualization systems, and cloud systems.
- Provide overall service support and analyze usage trends in terms of capacity and utilization.
- Control maintenance activities.
- Develop Change Control Management (CCM).
- Conduct system assessments based on customer requirements to design service solutions.
- Manage assets by collecting system configurations and designing policies and data backup methods.
- Create manuals/work instructions for configuration procedures.
- Deliver presentations to clients.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-3 years (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Special consideration will be given to those with knowledge in Microsoft Solutions, HP Storage, UNIX/Solaris/Linux ,Backup systems.
- Specialized knowledge in Docker containers, Swarm, Kubernetes operating systems.
- Familiarity with Software Virtualization systems or Cloud systems.
