- Install and configure various cloud services on the global cloud.
- Maintain and ensure the continuous availability of services on the global cloud.
- Monitor, track, and alert when abnormalities are detected in services on the global cloud.
- Manage and optimize the utilization of resources on the global cloud for efficiency.
- Improve performance and troubleshoot issues on the global cloud in accordance with SLAs or as assigned.
- Develop plans and execute operations on the global cloud (Process Planning Management).
- Prepare plans for improvements, corrections, and changes to services on the global cloud (Change Management).
- Create documentation detailing the structure of various services on the global cloud and present it to users.
- Compile and present summary reports on the usage of resources on the global cloud to users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network system issues on the global cloud.
- Execute and monitor network access issues using Palo Alto software on AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Execute and monitor network access issues on Google Cloud.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: 0-3 years
- Experience in network management on AWS, GCP and Azure. (Firewall, WAF, Load Balance, VPC, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway etc.)
- Experience in Operating System Management (Windows & Linux)
- Experience in container service management (Docker, Kubernetes Engine, etc.)
