It Manager

• Oversee the Network team’s operations, ensuring alignment and effective management.

• Manage, supervise, and maintain service levels in line with SLAs and service contracts.

• Oversee and monitor network system improvements, security measures, and other related services.

• Lead problem-solving efforts for network infrastructure and security to maintain SLA standards.

• Maintain and manage customer service data, including service catalogs, capacity utilization, customer usage trends, and related systems.

• Oversee system maintenance and adjustments related to service provision.

• Manage and prepare Change Control Management (CCM) processes.

• Design and oversee asset management and configuration of network equipment.

• Develop and manage manuals, knowledge bases, configuration documents, and work instructions.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years 
• Proven experience in network operations, service delivery, or IT infrastructure management.
• Skills in Switching, Routing, Firewall, Load Balancing, WiFi, Switch Product Aruba and Network Infrastructure. 
• Able to construct or program Software Defined Infrastructure (SDI)
• Strong knowledge of SLA management, network infrastructure, and security protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team efficiency and service improvements.
