- Ensure customer service levels align with SLA and service agreements.
- Understand and deliver assigned Security Services.
- Support the sales team and provide relevant service-related consultation.
- Coordinate with relevant teams and clients to provide services or recommendations for resolving abnormal incidents.
- Liaise with service providers (vendors) to resolve issues when systems are not operating normally.
- Oversee and execute Change Control Management (CCM).
- Prepare and maintain asset data and collect device configurations.
- Create manuals/documentation for configurations and work instructions to support the Operations team.
- Apply skills to verify evidence, perform proactive analysis, prevent issues, and develop services to enhance delivery.
- Monitor and prevent potential threats within the organization.
- Perform duties in accordance with organizational policies, standards, and other assigned responsibilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong understanding of IT security services and SLA management.
- Experience with tools like SIEM (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), vulnerability scanners (e.g., Nessus), and endpoint protection solutions.
