Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate various matters between tenants and related building departments.
• Supervise and support the performance of public relations officers and nursing room staff.
• Receive complaints and respond with clarifications.
• Publicize information and information to tenants and customers outside the building.
• Survey tenant satisfaction during the year and annually.
• Support marketing promotion activities, tenant relationship building activities, and activities. Building CSR 
• Supervise the environmental promotion of the building with various projects. 

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in field in client-facing role including client service or client success management.
• Self-initiated and strong service mind.
• Good communication and language skills in both Thai and English.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, service minded, good listener Strong negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using various applications used as social communication channels.
• Good coordination skills including negotiation skills.
