Based at our manufacturing and assembly facilities in Chonburi, Thailand, the position is a key member of HR specialists providing essential support to our associates with both their professional and personal matters.
What You'll Do:
In this vital role, you’ll be involved with these core HR functions:
- Training & Development: Coordinate/facilitate training programs for employees to enhance skills and knowledge. Support career development efforts, including leadership development and other programs.
- Compensation & Benefits (payroll): Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, with a focus on managing time attendance for payroll.
- HR Administration: Support HR team with administrative tasks. Manage office supplies and stock (e.g. stationery, company polo shirts), meal boxes, maids, etc. Service as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries (via telephone, emails, other social media platforms). Prepare monthly HR reports as requested (e.g. stock check, meal box or other comments and HR-related cases).
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process and onboarding (focusing on blue collar hiring and student trainee but also white collar hiring as needed).
- Employee Engagement: Handle various HR projects and events (e.g. annual outings, CSR, other activities).
- Other Projects: there may be time you’ll be assigned tasks that may or may not be related to HR, such as IT, Safety etc.
