IT Governance / IT Compliance / IT Security (Manager Level)
GMO-Z.Com Cryptonomics (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.- Develop and implement IT and security governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing IT and security controls and recommend improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT and security practices with organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to IT and security governance.
- Participate in IT and security audits and compliance assessments.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of IT and security issues.
- Provide guidance and support to IT and Security teams in implementing and maintaining effective governance practices.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management regarding IT and security governance initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT and security governance, risk management, and compliance, including dealing with external audits.
- Strong knowledge of IT and security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001.
- Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and security controls.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
