Job Description:
- Collaborate with various departments to assess training needs, create learning materials, and conduct training sessions,
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars as needed
- Develop and implement effective training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Schedule meetings, Support presentations (using PowerPoint).
- Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 30-35 years old.
Location: Rama 9, Bangkok
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Have Experience 3 years from HR Division, HRD Process & GA related field.
- Good command in English.
- Working hour: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30.
