KOL specialist
Focus Media Thailand Co.,Ltd.- Work closely with the Account Executive team to align KOL strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Research and identify individuals with significant influence in the industry.
- Analyze available social media, and other relevant platforms to pinpoint potential KOLs.
- Allocate budgets strategically across different KOLs, campaigns, and channels based on performance objectives.
- Negotiate terms, fees, and deliverables with KOLs within the allocated budget.
- Develop and manage agreements that outline expectations, timelines, and compensation.
- Work with KOLs to create valuable content, such as articles, blog posts, videos, or social media posts.
- Ensure that the content aligns with both the KOL's expertise and the brand's messaging.
- Manage logistics and ensure a seamless collaboration experience for both the KOL and the brand.
- Track and analyze the impact of KOL collaborations on brand awareness and reputation.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators related to KOL initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years at KOL Specialist or Influencer Marketing Specialist.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or related roles.
- Familiar with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and digital marketing trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills to measure the impact of KOL collaborations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
