Event Management Responsibilities:
1. Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, assisting in client’s product launches, corporate events, and industry conferences.
2. Develop event concepts, themes, and objectives that align with the client's goals and brand. (Sales Department)
3. Create detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
4. Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and coordination of event staff.
5. Ensure high-quality execution of events, including setup, on-site management, and post-event follow-up.
