The Media Advertising Specialist is responsible for leading the company's media team, ensuring timely delivery and quality control of advertising content. Job Responsibilities
Team Management:
Lead and manage the media team, develop departmental work plans, and allocate personnel to ensure efficient execution of advertising placement and adjustments.
Train and develop team members to enhance overall competence, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Communication with Sales and BD Departments:
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to understand client requirements, contract specifications, and advertising content, ensuring timely and accurate execution of advertisements.
Coordinate with the Business Development (BD) team to align media resource optimization with company growth strategies, improving service quality for properties.
Advertising Content Scheduling and Management:
Develop and implement weekly advertising content schedules based on client needs and company objectives, ensuring precise and timely display across all platforms and screens.
Monitor the effectiveness of advertising placements, continuously optimizing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and brand exposure.
Crisis Management:
Address unexpected issues during ad placements, such as content errors, system malfunctions, or last-minute client modifications, ensuring uninterrupted workflows.
Anticipate potential risks that could affect ad placements and propose contingency plans to maintain business continuity.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Regularly consolidate media placement data, analyze advertising performance, and prepare summary reports to update senior management on departmental progress and results.
Propose optimization strategies based on data analysis to continuously improve media placement outcomes.
