LLM Specialist (AI)

• Research and implement state-of-the-art LLM architectures and techniques.
• Design and develop AI-powered applications leveraging large language models (LLM) (e.g., GPT, BERT).
• Develop pipelines for training, testing, and deploying AI models.
• Develop and implement techniques for improving model interpretability and explainability.
• Fine-tune pre-trained models for specific business requirements and industries.
• Build APIs and pipelines for integrating LLMs into enterprise, consumer applications and existing systems.
• Optimize model performance for cost-efficiency, speed, and accuracy.
• Conduct research to enhance LLM capabilities such as contextual understanding and multilingual support.
• Address challenges like ethical AI usage, bias mitigation, and explainability in AI systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., data scientists, engineers, product managers) to develop and deploy LLM solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology majoring in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced (master & doctoral) degrees preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in AI-powered applications
• Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with NLP techniques, tools and libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers or spaCy.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, and language models.
• Familiarity with cloud services for AI (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
