Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Asia Investment Development and Construction Sole Co.,Ltd.- Drive the company's financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes while providing strategic recommendations to the executive team
- Lead the development of the company's financial and operational strategy, including metrics tied to that strategy
- Oversee capital structure and allocation decisions, including investments, acquisitions, and partnerships
- Collaborate with executive leadership to establish long-term business plans and identify growth opportunities
Financial Management & Operations
- Direct all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and financial reporting functions
- Ensure robust financial controls and compliance processes are in place and maintained
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banking partners, and investment community
- Oversee the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders, and tax returns
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, providing mentorship and professional development
Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect company assets
- Oversee insurance, legal, and regulatory requirements related to financial operations
- Monitor and manage the company's cash flow position, including working capital management
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 8 years in senior financial leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- CPA or MBA strongly preferred
- Experience working in a large corporate environment or multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Posses strategic thinking, change leadership skills and demonstrated ability to effect. change and continuous improvement across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Knowledge of tax laws, strong team management and communication skills, and ability. to analyze and solve problems effectively.
- The level of English must be at a professional proficiency.
