Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking or English-speaking clients, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Translate client requirements into clear briefs and actionable tasks for creative and technical teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by proposing new strategies or services.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Make proposals to clients ahead of time
  • Lead a team to plan and propose solutions based on the client's business issues
Requirements
  • Native in Thai with fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English (business level).
  • 5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Zocial Eye, Statista, project management software, and marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset.
