Account Manager (Japanese Speaking)
oRo (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking or English-speaking clients, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Translate client requirements into clear briefs and actionable tasks for creative and technical teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to clients.
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by proposing new strategies or services.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Make proposals to clients ahead of time
- Lead a team to plan and propose solutions based on the client's business issues
- Native in Thai with fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English (business level).
- 5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Zocial Eye, Statista, project management software, and marketing platforms is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset.
