Senior Lawyer
ILAWASIA CO.,LTD- Advising on business, corporate, commercial, investment, and legal issues which relate to company businesses including but not limited to;
- Establishment of Limited Company, Branch Office, Representative Office;
- Modification of company’s information or registered transactions with government authorities and other related sectors;
- Providing Application for BOI, FBL, Treaty of Amity, and other specific licenses that based on the type of client’s business;
- Services on Company Secretarial Matters; Preparing minutes of meeting (EGM, AGM, BOD); and Providing Legal Compliances.
- Facilitating end-to-end visa, work permit processes including to other issues of immigration, taxation and social security fund and involved procedure and conditions
- Drafting, reviewing, and revising agreements and legal contracts with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preparing of Notarization and Legalization by dealing with the Embassies, Consulate or High-level Commissioner and Ministry of Foreign Affair – Legalization Division.
- Attending meetings and managing the correspondences with clients and related department.
- Managing team resources and evaluating budget aspect of the assignment.
- Supporting partners on other special Ad-hoc assignments.
